Tamoxifen Citrate is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) widely used in the bodybuilding and performance enhancement community. It serves two main purposes: preventing estrogen-related side effects, and restoring natural testosterone production after an anabolic steroid cycle.

During a steroid cycle, elevated estrogen levels—often due to the aromatization of certain compounds—can lead to gynecomastia (development of breast tissue in males). Tamoxifen helps prevent or reduce this risk by blocking estrogen receptors in breast tissue, making it a common ancillary compound during or after cycles involving aromatizable steroids.

Tamoxifen is also a key component of Post Cycle Therapy (PCT). After the cessation of exogenous anabolic steroids, the body’s natural production of testosterone is suppressed. Tamoxifen supports recovery by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), both of which are essential for kickstarting endogenous testosterone production.

Come usare:
Tamoxifen Citrate is used at 10-20 mg/day to prevent gynecomastia and 20–40 mg/day for 4–6 weeks during PCT depending on the compounds and length of the steroid cycle. Its long half-life (5–7 days) allows for once-daily dosing, with or without food.
