What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Bitcoin as a method of payment for security reasons.

I placed my order! When will it be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery within the EU usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
For countries outside the EU, it may take a bit longer.
In some rare occurrences packages may be delayed in the process of shipping.

How do I track the status of my order?
You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.
